Travel agents and tour operators (“Vendors”) to list their travel services and packages.
Customers (“Users”) to browse, compare, and book these services directly through the platform.
The Trip India acts solely as an intermediary — facilitating connections between Users and Vendors — and is not a direct provider of travel, transportation, accommodation, or other tourism services.
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age,
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and
Provide accurate and complete registration details.
You agree not to create false accounts or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
Users and Vendors must create an account to access booking or listing features.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials,
Ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date, and
Immediately notifying us of unauthorized account access or security breaches.
Vendors are solely responsible for:
The accuracy, legality, and completeness of all content and pricing uploaded to their listings.
Providing genuine and lawful services as described.
Handling all customer queries, confirmations, and service delivery post-booking.
The Trip India reserves the right to suspend or remove any Vendor account or listing that violates these Terms or legal requirements.
When a User makes a booking:
The booking represents a direct contractual relationship between the User and the Vendor.
The Trip India’s role is limited to facilitating the transaction and providing the platform infrastructure.
Payment processing (where enabled) will be handled securely through approved payment gateways.
Users are advised to review the Vendor’s individual cancellation and refund policy before making any bookings.
Each Vendor may define their own cancellation and refund policy.
Users must refer to the relevant policy displayed during booking.
In cases where refunds are processed through The Trip India, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and bank procedures.
The Trip India is not liable for Vendor-initiated cancellations, delays, or service failures.
All website design, graphics, trademarks, text, software, databases, and overall presentation are owned and controlled by The Trip India.
These materials are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Vendors who upload content (such as package descriptions, images, or itineraries) represent and warrant that:
They own or have valid rights to use and publish such content.
The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.
They grant The Trip India a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
Display and promote such content across the platform and marketing materials,
Edit or adapt for formatting, SEO, or translation purposes, without changing its intent.
In case of copyright or intellectual property disputes:
The Vendor is fully responsible and agrees to indemnify The Trip India from all damages or legal claims.
The Trip India reserves the right to remove or disable access to infringing content without prior notice.
Users agree not to:
Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or misleading material;
Interfere with the security or functionality of the platform;
Use bots, crawlers, or scraping tools without permission;
Attempt to access data not intended for you.
Violation may lead to suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Trip India shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, bookings, or third-party content.
We are not responsible for service quality, delivery, or experience provided by Vendors.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the transaction amount paid through our platform.
All personal information collected through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using the platform, you consent to such collection and lawful use of your data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Trip India, its team, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
